We’re accepting submissions for the 2022 show season!

We’re looking for women who create art, and ride motorcycles.

Maiden Moto Art Show is a traveling art & motorcycle exhibition focused on the promotion of female/femxle & women/womxn artists, builders, and creators within the motorcycle world.

All art must be within the scope of the motorcycle world - whether it’s photos, paint, sculpture, leather, etc - everything needs to fall under the scope of what you’d wanna see at a motorcycle rally or event. Ideally, we would like the subjects and artists to be female.

MMAS will travel across the country, in a van, over the course of a year, with the artworks to various motorcycle events, rallies, dealerships, and more to provide exposure to all the artists involved within the show.

Artists will create exclusive art for the show in their desired mediums. Each art piece will only be available to MMAS and it’s attendees.

All art involved in the show will be auctioned at the end of the show run/year, with a portion of proceeds going to a charity that MMAS is supporting, particularly focused on womxn and motorcycles.

Artists will work with the show to set the optional artists portion of the sale price to cover art, supplies, time and costs to the artist, a small percentage may go to MMAS for facilitating the display, show and sale, and the proceeds remaining will go to the named charity. You may also choose to donate the entire sale amount to the charity.

Artists can also opt in to selling smaller, paper prints of their show art via MaidenMoto.com - where the artist will set their print price for a few standard sizes, and a percentage will go to MMAS for the facilitation of the sale, and to further fund the show’s travels. This isn’t required; but will provide an additional income revenue for you.

Artists can work with MMAS to design a unique shirt design and will be compensated for their design, along with their name and information being displayed at sales avenues for the merchandise.

At the exhibitions & events themselves, artists are encouraged to come, spend time at the show, and meet the attendees. At participating events, if space and event rules allow, artists can attend and do a “Live Art” display, sell products, or even teach classes for attendees.

Art will be exposed to outdoor weather, sun, dust, debris, and humans. Art pieces will need to be sturdy enough to withstand the travel. Art like photographs, illustrations, etc will be printed on a metal surface to provide the sturdiness needed for travel and exposure to elements. Keep in mind, people WILL touch the art despite signage and even being told not to.

Artists may receive special discounts from show sponsors, vendors, suppliers, etc.

MMAS will promote all of the artists via website, blogs, social media, and partnerships with various media outlets, events, and show sponsors. In turn, artists will help promote the show to their followers and friends, providing new audiences for all involved.

MOTORCYCLE BUILDERS/OWNERS: Motorcycle builders will be invited to display their motorcycles at various shows at no cost to the builder.

Please note: We have VERY limited space due to the traveling exhibition nature of the show. Artists & art will be chosen based upon size, space available, whether the art can withstand travel for a year, and maintaining a balance between mediums and styles of artwork. If we don’t have space for you this run, we plan on continuing this show and will keep your stuff on file!

Please note, we are a “ladies only” show - but we understand that gender is fluid, and we welcome anyone who considers themselves to be female, femxle, and otherwise a “lady”!
